Junior Partnership Manager to $1100

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. This role requires research and analytical skills, as well as business acumen & communication skills to identify and enable growth opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives. 

Qualifications:

• 0,5 + years of experience as a Partnership Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to achieve growth objectives
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to handle routine tasks and responsibilities with diligence and professionalism
• Readiness to learn and experiment
• English language not lower than Upper-Intermediate level, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 
• Nice to have familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Lemlist, SalesNavigator 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential growth opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and target markets.
• Provide preparation and management of multi-touch marketing campaigns, including research, validation and outreach.
• Support growth team in their activities: events, campaigns etc.
• Organize and maintain growth-related data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility for analysis and CRM hygiene
• Personalized approach to high-potential prospects` engagement
• Research events, partnerships and growth channels
• Communicate with partners and stakeholders via email to ensure organization processes, provide updates, address inquiries or concerns effectively 
• Communicate with inbound leads to provide discovery and qualification
