Junior Finance Specialist $$

We are currently seeking a talented Junior Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role you will strengthen the finance team, support sound financial decision-making by assisting in preparing detailed reports, and budgets across departments and become a link between operational teams and finance team to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Please note: this position includes relocation after the probation period.

Responsibilities:
Collect and consolidate financial data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and consistency

 Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data collection
Work with the company's budgets: gather information and assist in its cross-departmental analysis
 Maintain complex Google Sheets-based financial models
Contribute to the automation of budgeting and business processes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
Proven experience working with financial data
Analytical skills
Google Sheets and/or Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas and tools
Basic understanding of financial statements, such as P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash flow statement
Ability to work with large volumes of numerical data
Strong written and verbal communication skills for data collection and providing feedback
Flexibility to handle evolving responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
Willingness to take on new challenges and suggest process improvements
Eagerness to learn new financial concepts, tools, and industry trends
A proactive approach to professional development and skill-building
Advanced/Upper-intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:
Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
Experience with financial software such as 1С/BAS, or other ERP systems
