Demand for Innoware’s services and Microsoft solutions continues to grow – especially in Ukraine, where many businesses are transitioning away from 1C and other russian-origin systems. To support this growth, we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates to join us as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant at Strong Junior level. This is an opportunity to get involved in ERP implementation projects and grow with mentoring and training.

Key activities:

• Participation in D365 Business Central implementation and development projects for Innoware’s Ukrainian and foreign customers in a supportive and experienced team.
• Professional development through training, mentorship, Microsoft certification, and hands-on experience in real D365 Business Central projects and business scenarios.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with clients to analyze business processes, define target solutions, and align them within the D365 Business Central framework.
• Configuring and adapting standard D365 Business Central functionality according to customer business requirements.
• Preparing and aligning project documentation together with clients.
• Estimating effort and timelines for assigned tasks.
• Preparing functional specifications for the development team and collaborating with developers during implementation.
• Executing user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets business needs and expectations.
• Supporting customers during UAT, deployment of new functionality, and Go Live.

Qualification:

• 1+ years of experience in implementing or supporting D365 Business Central system in a Consultant or Analyst role.
• Understanding of the core standard functionality of D365 Business Central and a desire to deepen that knowledge.
• Understanding of all stages of an ERP implementation project.
• Understanding of business process fundamentals (finance and/or logistics, sales, manufacturing, etc.).
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience configuring Power BI.
