Trainee/Junior Lead Generation $
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation / Partnership Manager to join our team. If you are a proactive individual looking to kickstart your career in the IT industry, we are ready to teach you how to grow client networks, generate high-quality leads, and build long-term partnerships in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing domain.
Responsibilities:
- Search for and engage potential clients using various channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
- Generate and qualify leads based on our target audience.
- Assist in building and developing strategic partnerships.
- Initial communication with prospects (from the first touch to handing off to the sales team).
- Maintain CRM data and track outreach activities.
- Contribute creative ideas to our outreach and lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level.
- Strong interest in IT sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Understanding of basic B2B communication principles.
- Confident user of LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create personalized, engaging messages.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset - we value "get-things-done" attitude over years of experience.
- High level of self-organization and desire to learn quickly.
Nice to have:
- Initial understanding of the IT outsourcing/outstaffing business model.
- Familiarity with email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
- Basic understanding of the sales funnel.
- Completion of any relevant courses (Lead Generation, Sales, or IT Management).
