Trainee/Junior Account Manager $

We are looking for a proactive Junior Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding our partner network, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our analytical services.

The Role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients across the UK, US, and EU.
• Translate client hiring needs and project requirements into actionable requests for our recruitment and delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to scale client teams (Upsell/Cross-sell) and increase overall billable volume.
• Build long-term trust through regular sync-ups, health checks, and performance reporting.
• Oversee the full lifecycle - from onboarding and contract management to invoicing and monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and handle feedback professionally.
• Capacity to structure information and maintain attention to detail.
