About the Role:
 

We are seeking a Quality Engineer Senior to join our team as a leader in QA excellence. This role is an opportunity to define and uphold the highest quality standards while exploring innovative approaches, such as leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize testing and enhance product performance.
 

The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex challenges, values innovation, and is excited to shape the future of QA practices. You will collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that exceed user expectations.
 

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Proficiency in manual and exploratory testing techniques and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Maven.
• Intermediate-level expertise with the Scrum process.
• Strong experience with Jira for tracking progress and updates.
• Understanding of cloud computing, with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools or methodologies, and a strong interest in applying AI to QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience testing web and mobile applications, including cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, with a keen interest in innovation within QA processes.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Define, implement, and maintain robust testing strategies that ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Conduct and document test runs for both positive and negative test cases, identifying and reporting defects.
• Track progress and updates in tools such as Jira/Confluence or similar.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and development, to align on requirements and quality goals.
• Stay updated on QA best practices, tools, and AI-driven methodologies, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Participate in, and occasionally lead, Scrum meetings and coordinate QA efforts.
• Act as a point of reference for team members to clarify functionality and quality expectations.
