We are looking for an ownership-driven leader to take full responsibility for our internal business systems and drive company-wide automation. You will act as a key driver of digital transformation, ensuring that our processes are scalable, efficient, and supported by the right tools. In addition, you will contribute to engineering delivery and provide light oversight of the SysAdmin function.

Key responsibilities:

Business Systems & Automation (50%)

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies across internal processes and workflows;
• Own the selection, implementation, and integration of corporate systems such as CRM/ERP/HRMS/ATS;
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency;
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions;
• Ensure systems clearly define what and when should be done, reducing reliance on manual coordination;
• Lead cross-functional system integration projects end-to-end;
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Engineering & Client Delivery Support (35%)

• Act as an additional bridge between engineering, account management, and clients to help understand delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Step in as a temporary project / delivery manager when needed;
• Identify delivery gaps and suggest improvements or new service offerings;
• Contribute to building new tech expertises internally .

IT Infrastructure Team Oversight (15%)

• Provide light-touch leadership and alignment for internal teams handling IT infrastructure;
• Act as a point of escalation and cross-team coordination.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in similar roles (combined or separately) from 4 years;
• Proven track record of implementing and integrating corporate systems (CRM, HRMS, ERP, ATS, etc.);
• Strong experience in process automation and digital transformation;
• Hands-on experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders;
• Familiarity with modern SaaS tools and system integrations;
• Practical experience applying AI tools in business workflows;
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Previous experience in engineering or delivery management is a strong plus;
• Past experience in Business Analyst and/or Systems Analyst role would be an advantage;
• Vibe coding and AI Agents integration experience would be an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams;
• Proactive, ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes;
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
