Casino Manager $$$

Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets.

We are looking for a Casino Manager to take ownership of the casino product, drive performance, and optimize the full player experience across markets.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the casino product (slots, live casino, game portfolio)
Define and execute casino strategy aligned with business goals
Analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, retention, ARPU) and optimize performance
Manage game providers and relationships (integration, performance, deals)
Optimize game portfolio, positioning, and player journeys
Develop and implement promotional strategies (bonuses, tournaments, campaigns)
Work closely with CRM, marketing, and analytics teams to improve engagement and monetization
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, especially in LATAM
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with product and tech teams on feature improvements and roadmap

Requirements:

2 - 3 years of experience in iGaming, preferably in casino/product roles
Strong understanding of casino mechanics, player behavior, and monetization
Experience working with game providers and aggregators
Hands-on experience with analytics and performance metrics (GGR, LTV, retention)
Experience in LATAM markets is a strong advantage
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
