Head of Finance to $12000

About the Role:

We're a fast-growing DTC wellness brand operating at multi-seven figures in monthly revenue. We already work with expert partners across bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting. We are now hiring a Financial Operations Manager to sit at the center of it all — owning payments, managing operational costs, and ensuring our external partners are delivering accurate, timely work.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
 

Payments

–  Process all outgoing payments — contractors, vendors, service providers, and partners

–  Maintain a clear, real-time view of who has been paid, who is pending, and what is upcoming

–  Ensure payments are accurate, on time, and properly documented

–  Handle all payment-related data entry and record keeping
 

OpEx & Cost Management

– Track and calculate operational expenses across the business on an ongoing basis 
– Maintain an up-to-date view of where money is going and flag any cost irregularities 
– Support leadership with clear, accurate cost breakdowns and summaries
 

Partner & Accountant Liaison

– Serve as the primary point of contact for our external bookkeeping and accounting partners 
– Pass all necessary data, invoices, and documentation to the relevant partners on time
– Review their outputs — bookkeeping entries, reports, reconciliations — and verify accuracy 
– Escalate discrepancies or concerns to leadership before they become problems

Cash Flow & Forecasting Oversight

– Monitor cash flow reports produced by our partners and ensure they are accurate – Keep leadership informed on the current financial position of the business
– Review forecasting outputs and flag anything that looks off

You are highly organized, reliable, and communicate clearly. You do not need to be a deep finance expert — our partners handle the technical side. What matters most is that you are on top of every payment, every deadline, and every number, and that nothing falls through the cracks.
