Technical Lead (Java / Node.js / .NET / PHP) $$$

Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients across the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a strong Technical Lead to join our team and drive complex, high-impact projects.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with at least 2+ of the following:
  • Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
  • Node.js (TypeScript, NestJS, Express)
  • .NET (C#, .NET Core)
  • PHP (Laravel, Symfony)
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead / Architect
• Strong background in designing scalable and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience integrating multiple third-party services
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of one or multiple projects
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems across multiple tech stacks
• Stay hands-on with development while leading the team
• Define architecture, engineering standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and grow the team’s technical expertise
• Drive delivery together with project / delivery managers
• Improve development processes, CI/CD, and system reliability
• Work with third-party services and integrations across different domains

Nice to have

• Experience working in multi-stack environments
• Background with high-load or real-time systems
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience with DevOps practices (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience in outsourcing
