About Us

Koscom Cable Inc is a growing telecommunications company operating in the US market. We are building a strong, results-driven recruitment team and are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and develop our recruiting function across 2 key directions, overseeing a team of 5–7 recruiters.

What You'll Do

Team Management & Communication

• Host daily team calls to align priorities, address blockers, and drive performance
• Support recruiters with guidance, problem-solving, and day-to-day communication
• Assign tasks and manage workflow in Zoho; distribute and monitor leads in Bitrix

Resource & Project Management

• Source, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment resources; continuously improve existing tools
• Set up new resource pages, assign them to recruiters, and monitor effective usage
• Collaborate with stakeholders on new projects – launch, manage, and deliver results end-to-end

Metrics & Reporting

• Track and control KPIs, posting plans, job offer signing rates, and lead processing time
• Review daily reports; prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries
• Monitor team activity and ensure process compliance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment team leadership (1+ years preferred)
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS tools (Bitrix, Zoho or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working with the US market is a strong plus
• English proficiency: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
