We are looking for an Operations Manager to build and maintain a high-performance operational ecosystem that ensures business scalability, seamless cross-departmental collaboration (BizDev, Finance, Marketing, Delivery), and maximized project profitability while maintaining a superior client experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven success in a similar role.
• Experience in international / multicultural companies (at least 3 countries).
• Deep knowledge of Operational processes in GTM teams (Sales/Marketing/CS/Tech).
• English level — at least C1; French/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Understanding of agentic AI tools in operations (automation, performance and process analytics).
• Experience of building and scaling Operations teams.
• Scaleability design (Architectural mindset) and systems thinking.
• Risk mitigation and business continuity.
• CMMI/ISO Framework Knowledge.
• Legal & Compliance (GDPR/Data Privacy).
• Experience with global vendors.
• Experience working with EU cultures.

Responsibilities:

• Standard Process Set: Establish a unified set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
• CMMI L3 Achievement: Successfully transition to the defined level, where processes are standardized and institutionalized.
• Software Asset Management: Implement a system to eliminate waste in SaaS licensing and automate access management.
• Operational Efficiency: Achieve a 15% reduction in OPEX through process automation and elimination of redundancies.
• Resource Utilization: Deploy a capacity planning model that enables accurate hiring forecasts for 3–6 months.
• Operational Dashboard: Develop real-time reporting for key operational metrics and process health scores.
• Risk Management: Integrate a formal risk assessment and mitigation framework into daily operations.
• Implement a KPI/OKR system for the operations department aligned with the company’s financial goals.
• Reduce operational costs per service unit by 10-15% through automation of routine tasks.
• Develop a transparent resource planning system (utilization rate) for the technical engineering team
• Tools and Instruments: Optimize the use of internal tools (Asana, HubSpot, etc.).
