Account Manager $$$
UnderDefense is a cybersecurity platform helping companies prevent breaches and automate security operations.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “support clients” — but owns relationships, drives retention, and grows accounts.
What you’ll do:
- Manage clients after deal closure (onboarding → growth → retention)
- Build strong relationships and understand client business goals
- Identify and drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively manage churn risks
- Run регуляр meetings, QBRs, and account reviews
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams
What we expect:
- Experience in Customer Success / Account Management (B2B, IT/SaaS)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and expansion
- Ability to own accounts and drive outcomes (not just support)
- Confident communication in English
➕ Nice to have:
- Cybersecurity / MSP / SaaS background
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
