Account Manager $$$

UnderDefense is a cybersecurity platform helping companies prevent breaches and automate security operations.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “support clients” — but owns relationships, drives retention, and grows accounts.

 

     What you’ll do:

  • Manage clients after deal closure (onboarding → growth → retention)
  • Build strong relationships and understand client business goals
  • Identify and drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively manage churn risks
  • Run регуляр meetings, QBRs, and account reviews
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams

     

     What we expect:

  • Experience in Customer Success / Account Management (B2B, IT/SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and expansion
  • Ability to own accounts and drive outcomes (not just support)
  • Confident communication in English

 

Nice to have:

  • Cybersecurity / MSP / SaaS background
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
