Senior UI/UX Designer $$$

We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on engaging digital products.
This role requires a designer with exceptionally strong UI skills and a refined visual sense, capable of crafting visually polished interfaces and setting a high standard for design quality across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prototype user flows and create wireframes of different levels of detail, testing and iterating on design solutions;

• Create visually outstanding user interfaces for web and mobile applications;

• Conduct UX research including stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, usability testing and design audits;

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver outstanding design solutions;

• Present work to clients and confidently explain and justify design decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer;

• Strong portfolio with real products that demonstrates strong UI design (web + mobile);

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and end-to-end product design;

• Proven ability to create visually refined, aesthetically strong interfaces with excellent attention to detail;

• Knowledge of modern design trends and UI best practices;

• Excellent communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with team and clients;

• Ability to deliver high-quality results while managing multiple projects;

• Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above).

Would be a plus:

• Experience mentoring designers or conducting design reviews;

• Experience with AI tools in the design workflow;

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions;

• Mentor and support other designers, helping elevate UI quality and visual design practices within the team.
