We are currently looking for a Lead Generation / SDR Specialist who will be responsible for finding high-quality leads, testing different lead generation approaches, and supporting our outbound direction

 

Responsibilities:
โ€” identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, professional platforms, manual research, and other tools
โ€” find relevant companies, decision-makers, and entry points for further communication
โ€” analyze markets, niches, and segments to identify the most promising leads
โ€” test new approaches, hypotheses, and channels for client acquisition
โ€” build, structure, and maintain up-to-date lead databases
โ€” conduct initial lead qualification and pass interested contacts further into the sales pipeline
โ€” focus not only on lead quantity, but also on lead quality
โ€” prepare and adapt outreach messages for different segments and communication channels
โ€” track personal performance, conversion rates, and lead quality
โ€” suggest ideas for improving the lead generation process

 

Requirements:
โ€” 1+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, sales research, or outbound sales
โ€” understanding of how to find high-quality and relevant leads, not just collect contact databases
โ€” hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead research tools
โ€” solid understanding of the B2B sales funnel
โ€” experience working in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or digital services
โ€” experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, or similar tools
โ€” ability to analyze companies, markets, and assess lead potential
โ€” experience writing personalized outreach messages
โ€” attention to detail and accuracy in working with data
โ€” proactive, self-driven mindset and willingness to test new approaches
โ€” good communication skills
โ€” English level: B2 or higher
