IT Business Development Specialist / SDR $

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven IT Business Development Specialist / SDR who enjoys working hands-on with cold leads and knows how to turn a contact into a real conversation.
This role is perfect if you already have some experience with LinkedIn outreach and want to grow further in IT sales, without spending time searching for leads – we provide them for you.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cold Outreach & Communication

    LinkedIn: Working with pre-collected cold leads – sending personalized messages, following up, and building conversations.

    Upwork: Monitoring relevant job postings, sending tailored proposals, and managing incoming inquiries to match our developers with the right projects.

  • Sales Support
    Supporting the process from the first “Hello” to deal progression together with the CEO (follow-ups, clarifications, basic coordination, helping keep things on track).
  • Partnership Building
    Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners through consistent and natural communication.
  • Working with Available Resources
    Helping find new opportunities for available developers and matching them with relevant requests.
  • Working with Developer CVs
    Occasionally updating developer CVs and preparing them for relevant opportunities.
  • Keeping things organized
    Updating CRM, tracking conversations, following up with leads, and supporting basic coordination around ongoing deals.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience
    You have experience with LinkedIn cold outreach in IT and feel comfortable communicating with leads.
  • English Level
    Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. You write clear, natural messages and feel confident in communication.
  • Communication Skills
    You know how to keep conversations going and follow up without being pushy.
  • Proactivity
    You don’t wait for instructions – you take ownership and move things forward.
