We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Development Manager who knows how to turn a cold contact into a long-term partnership. 
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Primarily via LinkedIn and Upwork, but we’re always open to your proven "secret" channels. 
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Managing the funnel from the first "Hello" (strategic bidding or personalized pitches) to the final contract.
  • Partnership Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with both outsource and outstaff partners.
  • Bench Management: Actively searching for and closing new projects when a developer becomes available to ensure no one stays on the bench for long.
  • Profile Ownership: Maintaining a top-rated status on Upwork and a professional presence on LinkedIn to keep the leads coming.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Independence & Experience: You’ve successfully sold IT services (Outsource/Outstaff) before. You don’t need a manual, you have your own workflow and know how to get results.
  • English Level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. You write catchy, "human" proposals and feel confident during calls with international clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: You know how to differentiate a "warm" lead from a "cold" one and how to follow up without being annoying.
  • Proactivity: You see a bench specialist – you already have three ideas of where to "sell" their expertise.
