We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our team.

 

What You Will Do

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Manage HR administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.

Employee & Manager Development

  • Support the development of managers and employees through training initiatives, performance reviews, and career development programs.

Compensation & Benefits / Welfare Management

  • Manage employee welfare programs and benefits.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Oversee the HR budget related to employee engagement and benefits.

    Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and analyze HR data, including recruitment metrics, employee reports, and budget tracking.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly HR reports to the HR headquarters.

     

Required Experience to Succeed in This Role:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR / Recruitment role within a company
  • Intermediate+ level of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience conducting terminations, hearings, and managing HR documentation
  • Comfortable working with data and HR systems (data-driven mindset)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and prepare detailed HR reports
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (nice to have)
