VEN Commerce Ltd is an international technology and e-commerce company founded in 2012.
The company develops software products and operates Talisa, a global personalized jewelry brand (talisa.com) serving customers across the United States, Europe, Australia, and other markets.
Our team includes engineers, QA specialists, marketing professionals, customer support, and operations staff working remotely across several countries.
We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage internal IT operations and support approximately 65 employees worldwide.
Position Overview
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for internal IT support and IT asset management, ensuring that employees have properly configured equipment, necessary software access, and reliable technical assistance.
The role involves managing company equipment, maintaining IT inventory, assisting employees with technical issues, and managing access to internal systems.
Responsibilities
IT Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of company IT equipment using Snipe-IT
- Track lifecycle and condition of company hardware
- Manage issuance and return of equipment
- Conduct periodic inventory checks
- Maintain records of hardware and software assets
Equipment Logistics
- Receive and configure new equipment
- Prepare laptops and devices for employees
- Ship equipment to employees via NovaPoshta or other delivery services
- Handle equipment returns and refurbishment
- Maintain equipment storage in the Kyiv office
Employee IT Support
- Provide first-line IT support for employees through Jira Service Management
- Troubleshoot laptop issues (Mac and Windows)
- Assist with software installation and configuration
- Help resolve access and authentication issues
- Support employees via Slack and Zoom when necessary
Access Management
Create and revoke access for employees in internal systems such as:
- Slack
- Jira
- Bitwarden
- Google Workspace (limited scope)
- GitHub (basic access management)
Software & License Management
Track and manage company software licenses, including:
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- JetBrains products
- Microsoft 365
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring license usage
- Renewals and reassignments
- Basic optimization of software licensing costs
Hardware Maintenance
- Configure laptops used by employees
- Perform basic hardware maintenance and upgrades for Windows laptops, including:
- RAM installation
- SSD replacement
- Prepare refurbished devices for reuse
Reporting
- Maintain reports on IT assets and software licenses
- Assist with periodic inventory reviews
- Support basic cost tracking and asset reporting
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Experience supporting laptop environments
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issue
- Basic understanding of access management in SaaS systems
- Ability to perform basic hardware upgrades on Windows laptops (RAM / SSD)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (OSI model up to L3, NAT, DHCP, routing)
General Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail in asset tracking

Language
- English level Pre-Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience managing SaaS licenses
- Experience working with MDM systems (Intune, Jamf, etc.)

Working Conditions
- Location: Kyiv, Vasylkivska
- Work format: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Regular presence in the office is required due to equipment logistics and hardware management.
