Key Responsibilities: 

Data Management and Reporting: 

  • Ensure data integrity within HubSpot, identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies or inaccuracies. 
  • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, sales and marketing campaign effectiveness, and lead quality. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing strategy. 
  • Obsession with reporting and curiosity about results and ways to leverage metrics and insights to inform future strategies  
  • Web analytics knowledge and tracking for various reporting needs (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM’s for campaign tracking) 

HubSpot Management: 

  • Configure and maintain HubSpot for seamless lead generation, tracking, and analytics. 
  • Create and manage workflows, lists, and segmentation to automate marketing processes and increase efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to ensure accurate data capture and lead management within HubSpot. 
  • Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Campaign management: 

  • Track campaign performance, lead progression, and revenue attribution to optimize campaign effectiveness. 
  • Ability to think and present strategically, understanding how analytics and insights data can optimize marketing and sales’ activities and strategy  
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies. 

Marketing Automation: 

  • Implement and maintain marketing automation processes, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring. 
  • Utilize HubSpot's automation features to personalize communication and improve lead engagement. 

Team Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and data teams, to align goals and execute marketing initiatives. 
  • Train and mentor team members on HubSpot and marketing automation best practices. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the marketing team. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role. 
  • 2+ years experience with HubSpot, including certifications (HubSpot Certified is a plus). 
  • Experience with Hubspot for tracking marketing and sales activities throughout the marketing and sales funnel (leads, opportunities, campaigns, lead scoring, attribution, building dashboards, executive reporting, etc.). 
  • A true builder mentality with a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentality and hands-on approach.  
  • Data extraction, transformation, and analysis skills (Excel, SQL experience and Data Manipulation and Visualization). 
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and practices. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities. 
  • Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.
