Key Responsibilities 

 

Website Performance & Conversion Optimization 

  • Own end-to-end website performance, with direct accountability for conversion rates, page speed (targeting 85+ Google PageSpeed score), Core Web Vitals, and post-launch error rates. 
  • Lead CRO strategy including A/B testing frameworks, landing page optimization, and user journey improvements. 
  • Analyze heatmap data across top-trafficked pages on fmgsuite.com and the blog; deliver optimization recommendations based on user engagement signals. 
  • Proactively identify and propose revenue-generating web initiatives, not just respond to inbound requests. 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Own and maintain GA4 properties and dashboards; deliver monthly web analytics reporting covering traffic sources, top landing pages, organic and AI-driven growth, page views, and conversion rates. 
  • Establish and maintain a monthly web health reporting cadence using GTmetrix and similar tools. 
  • Report on heatmap insights on the first Monday of each month and web performance metrics on the last Monday of each month. 
  • Build and maintain Google Tag Manager to support conversion tracking, working alongside our agency and internal stakeholders to support paid media tracking needs. 
  • Provide actionable insights tied to business outcomes, not just traffic metrics. 

Web Infrastructure & Quality Assurance 

  • Own web infrastructure health: error monitoring, uptime, and proactive issue detection. 
  • Implement and enforce a thorough QA process for all releases to ensure zero broken components in production. 
  • Maintain a clear, transparent roadmap of web improvements, technical debt, and optimization initiatives. 
  • Document recurring issues and build processes to prevent repeat failures. 

Strategy & Stakeholder Leadership 

  • Develop and maintain a CRO and web improvements roadmap tied explicitly to revenue growth. 
  • Lead web strategy discussions with marketing leadership, presenting optimization ideas with supporting data and projected impact. 
  • Establish monthly and quarterly performance goals with clear KPIs; self-report progress consistently. 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on web performance across the marketing team, educating stakeholders and providing clear status updates. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or web optimization roles with demonstrated ownership of web performance outcomes. 
  • Proven track record of running CRO programs, A/B testing, and heatmap analysis that produced measurable conversion improvements. 
  • Strong command of GA4, Google Search Console, GTmetrix, and Google Tag Manager. 
  • Hands-on experience with heatmap and user behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar). 
  • Demonstrated ability to own and report on web KPIs including conversion rates, lead generation metrics, page speed, and traffic growth. 
  • Experience managing website releases with a structured QA process and low post-launch error rates. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into prioritized, actionable recommendations. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present results, surface issues proactively, and articulate tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • A genuine builder mentality: proactive, self-directed, and revenue-focused rather than task-oriented. 
  • Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with HubSpot and integrating website analytics with marketing automation platforms. 
  • Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search visibility strategies. 
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals including on-page optimization, site architecture, and keyword strategy. 
  • Experience managing microsites or multiple web properties. 
  • Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma for collaboration with design and development teams. 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or demand-driven growth environments.
