Middle/Senior PHP Developer (Symfony) $$$

We are building a platform that helps hospitals safely use AI to analyze medical images - X-rays, CT, and MRI scans. Our mission: help doctors detect diseases faster and more accurately by making AI reliable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Symfony
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers and product managers
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements
• Work with containerized environments in both development and production

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript
• Solid experience with PHP 8.2+
• Proven experience with Symfony (>= 6.4), including modern concepts (services, events, messenger)
• Experience with Symfony 5.4
• Good knowledge of Doctrine
• Experience with REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Docker / containerization
• Proficiency with Git (branching strategies, code reviews)
• Basic knowledge of React
• Basic knowledge of MySQL

Experience & Skills

• Experience with Symfony UX (Live Components, Stimulus)
• Strong background in developing and maintaining large-scale PHP applications
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (PHPUnit)

Nice to Have

• Experience with modular PHP development using Symfony
• Basic knowledge of GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
