Lead Generator / Growth Architect $
About the Role
Techchain Solutions is a Web3 & AI development company that builds custom software for funded startups and Web3 projects. We're scaling our outbound sales engine and looking for a Lead Generator to own the top of the funnel across all outbound channels.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be responsible for finding the right people, reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork, and getting us in front of decision-makers. Your job ends when you get the first response from there, our SDR takes over.

Responsibilities
- Build targeted lead lists based on our ICP (Web3 startups, funded tech companies needing custom development)
- Research companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
- Run personalized outreach sequences via LinkedIn and email (Instantly, Apollo)
- Search and analyze relevant Upwork job postings, submit high-quality proposals based on templates
- Customize Upwork proposals when needed to increase response rate
- Manage and maintain lead data in HubSpot CRM
- A/B test messaging, subject lines, and outreach approaches across all channels
- Track metrics: open rates, reply rates, proposals sent, meetings booked
- Hand off warm leads (first response received) to the SDR/Sales Manager
- Collaborate with the team on ICP refinement and outreach strategy
Requirements
- Strong written English (B2+ minimum) โ you'll be writing to founders and CTOs
- Discipline and consistency โ this role is about daily execution, not creativity bursts
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional tool
- Basic understanding of B2B sales or lead generation concepts
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Upwork)
- Self-organized, reliable, and responsive
- Able to work within CIS/Eastern European time zones
- Experience with the platform Upwork
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with outbound lead generation, email outreach, or Upwork proposals
- Experience using Apollo.io, Instantly, or similar outreach tools
- Understanding of the Web3 / blockchain / AI space
- Interest in startups and tech sales as a career path
