AI Product Manager - igaming $$$

Lucky Start — an iGaming company using AI to run smarter operations. We believe the next wave of competitive advantage in iGaming is having AI deeply embedded in every part of the business chain. We're looking for someone hands-on, obsessed with finding inefficiencies, setting up AI cleverly to multiply growth.

Your mission:

You'll go through every link of the business chain and constantly look for optimization. 

This is not a traditional PM role. You'll be hands-on with data, AI tools, and code. You'll set up AI-powered monitors that catch problems before humans notice them. You'll analyze patterns in player behavior, affiliate performance, payment flows, and campaign ROI — then turn those insights into product improvements or automated alerts.

What you'll actually do:

• Map the entire business chain and identify where AI + data can create the most impact
• Set up and continuously improve AI-powered monitoring across operations (payments, affiliates, fraud, revenue, player behavior)
• Dive deep into data — write SQL, analyze trends, find anomalies that nobody else sees
• Design AI agents that autonomously detect issues and surface actionable insights
• Optimize AI prompts and behavior for accuracy, speed and cost
• Own product improvements end-to-end: identify the problem → design the solution → ship it → measure impact
• Build feedback loops — every AI output gets measured, scored, and improved

• AI-powered analytics platform with natural language interface
• AI analyst agents 
• CRM intelligence layer with campaign attribution
• Fraud detection and risk scoring systems

• You obsess over metrics and can't stop optimizing
• You've used AI tools in production (not just played with ChatGPT)
• You can read Python code and SQL without breaking a sweat
• You move fast, dig deep, and don't wait for instructions
• You're comfortable being the only PM — no layers, no politics, direct impact on the business

Tech you'll work with:

• Python / FastAPI backend
• PostgreSQL (large-scale analytical database)
• Anthropic Claude API (prompt engineering, caching, tool use)

• React / TypeScript frontend
