Own and grow a portfolio of clients as your mini-business:

π₯ Your Responsibilities
1. Client Ownership
β’ Act as the main point of contact for key clients
β’ Build strong relationships with decision-makers
β’ Understand client business goals, not just current requests
2. Account Growth (Core Focus)
β’ Identify scaling opportunities (new roles, teams, projects)
β’ Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
β’ Shape solutions based on client needs
3. Strategic Thinking
β’ Analyze accounts and define growth strategies
β’ Proactively suggest improvements and new initiatives
β’ Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations
4. Delivery Alignment
β’ Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams
β’ Ensure high-quality candidate matching
β’ Monitor performance and client satisfaction
5. Retention & Risk Management
β’ Identify risks early (churn, dissatisfaction)
β’ Handle escalations and complex situations
β’ Improve client retention and long-term value
6. Operational Excellence
β’ Maintain CRM hygiene and track key interactions
β’ Conduct regular check-ins with real value (not just status updates)

Requirements
β’ English level: B2βC1 (must-have)
β’ 3+ years of experience in:
β’ Account Management / Sales / Customer Success
β’ OR Project Management / Business Analysis with strong client interaction
β’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β’ Solid understanding of IT roles and development processes
β’ Experience working with international clients
β’ Ability to negotiate and close deals
