1. Client Ownership
β€’ Act as the main point of contact for key clients
β€’ Build strong relationships with decision-makers
β€’ Understand client business goals, not just current requests

2. Account Growth (Core Focus)
β€’ Identify scaling opportunities (new roles, teams, projects)
β€’ Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
β€’ Shape solutions based on client needs

3. Strategic Thinking
β€’ Analyze accounts and define growth strategies
β€’ Proactively suggest improvements and new initiatives
β€’ Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations

4. Delivery Alignment
β€’ Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams
β€’ Ensure high-quality candidate matching
β€’ Monitor performance and client satisfaction

5. Retention & Risk Management
β€’ Identify risks early (churn, dissatisfaction)
β€’ Handle escalations and complex situations
β€’ Improve client retention and long-term value

6. Operational Excellence
β€’ Maintain CRM hygiene and track key interactions
β€’ Conduct regular check-ins with real value (not just status updates)

βœ… Requirements
β€’ English level: B2–C1 (must-have)
β€’ 3+ years of experience in:
β€’ Account Management / Sales / Customer Success
β€’ OR Project Management / Business Analysis with strong client interaction
β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β€’ Solid understanding of IT roles and development processes
β€’ Experience working with international clients
β€’ Ability to negotiate and close deals
