Freelance Tech Sourcer / Recruiter to $2000

Bee's Knees is growing our expertise in Portugal and we're looking for a sourcing partner who knows the Lisbon tech scene inside out.

We need someone to build strong candidate pipelines for software engineering, DevOps, and AI roles, with a focus on reaching passive talent.

What the role involves:

• Proactive sourcing and personalised outreach (core focus)
• Candidate screening and qualification (a strong plus)

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have hands-on experience sourcing engineering talent in Lisbon
• Know how to find and engage people who aren't actively looking
• Are comfortable working independently in a freelance setup
