HR Specialist $$
We’re looking for a proactive HR professional to join our team as an HR Specialist. In this role, you will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring a seamless and engaging workplace experience while supporting strategic HR initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee all aspects of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, including internal transfers.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance and clarity for all staff.
• Plan and coordinate team events, engagement programs, and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
• Manage HR systems, automations, and data accuracy.
• Administer benefits, leave, and time-tracking processes efficiently.
• Gather and analyze HR and operational metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to HR planning, budget allocation, and improvement projects across the company.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within IT or tech-driven companies.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and full employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HR analytics, reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
• Proven experience in organizing employee engagement initiatives and corporate events.
• English: Upper-Intermediate
