Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager $$$$

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to support multiple development teams during a high-load project phase. The role will focus on facilitating Agile processes, maintaining delivery flow, and supporting service-oriented teams handling bug fixes and client-driven requests.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
• Support teams working in Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Maintain and prioritize team backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure smooth delivery flow and remove impediments
• Track progress and provide regular status updates and reports
• Coordinate with engineering teams, QA, and stakeholders
• Support handling of incoming client requests and bug-fix workflows
• Identify and resolve team-level conflicts and blockers
• Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with backlog management and delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams or streams simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach

Nice to Have

• Experience in service/support-oriented teams
• Technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering teams
• Experience in fast-paced, high-load environments
