The Role

We are seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead the evolution of our data and AI ecosystem. This is not a project management role focused on task-tracking; you are the product owner of your program area. You will define the strategy, navigate ambiguity, and drive high-impact outcomes that scale our AI capabilities across Sage.

Key Responsibilities

AI CoE Scaling

Architect the roadmap for our AI Center of Excellence, turning cutting-edge research into repeatable, scalable global services.

Partnership Leadership

Serve as the primary technical lead for strategic AI partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, AWS), ensuring Sage maximizes co-innovation and early technology access.

Strategic Stakeholding

Partner with senior leaders to align AI initiatives with core business KPIs, acting as a bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution.

Service Definition

Define the “what” and “why” for our data services, creating technical specifications that allow engineering teams to build high-performance, secure solutions.

Ecosystem Influence

Drive an “AI-first” culture by establishing frameworks for model deployment, data governance, and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications

Strategic Mindset

Proven experience leading complex technical programs with a focus on product lifecycle and customer value.

Technical Depth

Deep fluency in AI/ML lifecycles (LLMs, RAG, MLOps) and cloud data infrastructure.

Executive Presence

Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while translating complex technical concepts into business impact.

Ambiguity Management

Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing field, moving from 0 to 1 on new initiatives.
