Senior Technical Marketing Specialist (Growth / AdTech)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Marketing Specialist to drive our advertising ecosystem, optimize performance channels, and contribute to the evolution of our marketing infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and product, making it ideal for someone with a strong performance background and a technical mindset who wants to influence how marketing systems are built and scaled.
 

You will work closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams to improve channel performance, enhance integrations, and shape the future of our marketing capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize performance marketing across multiple channels (paid social, programmatic, etc.)
Translate business needs into scalable marketing and technical solutions
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve tracking, attribution, and integrations
Analyze campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions
Identify growth opportunities across channels and markets
Contribute to the development of internal tools and automation processes
Align marketing efforts with overall product and business strategy


Primary Focus

Optimize and scale paid acquisition channels
Improve data accuracy, attribution, and reporting systems
Drive automation of marketing processes to reduce manual work
Enhance efficiency and scalability of marketing operations


Secondary Focus

Explore and test new advertising channels and tools
Support integration of new platforms from a marketing and performance perspective
Contribute to strategic decisions on channel expansion


Technical & Product Contribution

Work closely with APIs, tracking systems, and marketing tools
Define requirements for marketing-related features and internal tools
Support development of scalable marketing infrastructure
Ensure data integrity and compliance across platforms
Participate in roadmap discussions related to marketing and growth


Required Qualifications

4โ€“6+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth / media buying
Strong hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making
Experience with tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics
Understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition strategies
Comfort working with technical teams and discussing integrations
AI-first mindset and willingness to use AI tools for optimization and automation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Nice to Have

Experience with programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges)
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or data pipelines
Experience building or improving internal tools or automation workflows
Exposure to product management or interest in moving toward a product role
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, etc.)
