IT Sourcer to $800

We are looking for a strong IT Sourcer who knows how to find candidates — not wait for applications.

Responsibilities:

• Daily active cold sourcing (LinkedIn, niche groups, databases)
• Work with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
• Fast initial candidate screening
• Use AI tools to validate candidate-job fit
• Submit only relevant and qualified candidates

Requirements (mandatory):

• Proven experience in IT sourcing / IT recruitment
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (Boolean search is a must)
• Ability to find relevant candidates, not just send mass invites
• Experience using AI tools in recruitment
• Conversational English (required — no exceptions)
• High level of independence and speed

Important:
We do not train from scratch. We need someone who can deliver results immediately.

Conditions:

• Fixed salary: $500
• Bonus: $50 per closed position
• LinkedIn Recruiter Lite provided
• Fully remote
