HR People Partner / HR Generalist $$
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic HR to join our team and take ownership of people processes and team well-being 🤍.
We already have established HR processes (8+ years), so this role is more about supporting, improving, and being close to people, not building everything from scratch.

- Remote-first (Europe & Ukraine), with small offices in Kyiv & Kharkiv
- Friendly, low-bureaucracy environment
- Direct communication with CEO
What you’ll do
1. People & Culture
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members
- Support employees and help resolve conflicts
- Maintain a healthy, open team environment
- Organize team activities, birthdays & work anniversarie
- Organize company merch (2 times per year)
2. HR Operations - Manage onboarding (~15/month) and offboarding (~5–6/month)
- Maintain HR processes and documentation
- Work with accounting on HR-related matters
- Manage leave tracking in Hurma (vacations, balances, year-end recalculations)
- Track and analyze HR metrics
3. Recruitment support - Work with recruiter and hiring managers
- Help define job requirements and salary ranges
Support hiring (1–2 roles when needed)

- 2+ years in HR / People Partner / HR Generalist role
- Strong communication and empathy
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Balance between “people person” and structured approach
- Experience in IT companies
