Requirements:

Education:
— Bachelor’s degree

Experience:
— Up to 1 year of experience in a similar position;
— Experience interacting with NDA;
— Experience working collaboratively with other departments.

Key skills:
— Proficiency with Google Docs, Jira, Confluence, Youtrack, Slack;
— Skills in working with Extensible Markup Language format files (.xml, .xsd, .json, etc.);
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, assess, and manage reputational risks;
— Attention to detail, meticulousness, non-standard approach to problem-solving;
— Skill in process management and creating the flow of work with representatives from other departments;
— Speed of work and analysis of input data;
— Communicability, ability to establish contact with the team, and find a solution in conflict situations.

Responsibilities:

Main goals:
— Handling enquiries from (NDA1). Enquiry, reviewing, adding, compiling responses and forwarding relevant information to other departments;
— Handling enquiries from (NDA2). Enquiry, reviewing, adding, compiling responses and forwarding relevant information to other departments;
— Searching and analysing transactions in various explorers and internal systems;
— Communicating with partners, assisting in AML-related situations;
— Writing competent and logically structured letters in English, Ukrainian and Russian
— Collaboration with NDA: work with NDA during investigations related to AML situations, and provide necessary documentation and support to facilitate legal processes.

Profession work and duties:
— Analyse unusual transactions and activities;
— Investigate any internal breaches of AML policies;
— Work closely with other departments, such as legal, financial, support, and commercial to ensure a cohesive AML strategy;
— Coordinate with NDA during investigations;
— Hold communication with the partnering services regarding AML issues.
