Procurement / Bidding Analyst $

PRAI is an AI-driven platform transforming the PR and communications industry.

We are now expanding into the U.S. government contracting space, focusing on sourcing, bidding, and execution.

We work fast, expect ownership, and care about results — not processes for the sake of processes.

What You Will Do

This is a hands-on execution role, not theory.

You will:

• Search and identify vendors for specific parts (NSN-based sourcing)

• Work with platforms like SAM.gov to understand opportunities

• Send RFQs (Request for Quotes) to suppliers

• Communicate with vendors (email, sometimes calls)

• Compare pricing, availability, and delivery timelines

• Build and maintain supplier lists

• Support the bidding process with real data

• Work with messy, incomplete information and figure things out

Requirements

Must-have:

• Strong English (C1+) — written and spoken

• Ukrainian — native

• Ability to learn fast and figure things out independently

• Comfortable with repetitive outreach + research

Nice to have (big advantage):

• Experience with procurement / sourcing / RFQ

• Experience with SAM.gov or government contracts

• Experience working with suppliers / vendors

• Basic understanding of pricing, negotiation, or logistics
