UI/UX Designer (AI-First Process Builder) $$

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will build and scale a design process powered by AI agents — not manual work.

This is not a traditional design role.

We are not looking for someone who just uses AI tools.
We are looking for someone who can design systems where AI performs most of the design work.

Why this role exists

Currently, most design work is still done manually — from research to UI production.
This approach does not scale.

We aim to build a system where:

• AI agents generate and iterate on design solutions
• humans define logic, constraints, and direction
• design becomes a process, not a bottleneck craft

What you will do

• Design and build an AI-driven design process, not just interfaces
• Define how AI agents:
  • generate UI concepts, layouts, and variations
  • create and evolve design systems
  • assist in research and insights generation
  • support decision-making, not just execution
• Create frameworks for:
  • prompt/skills structures
  • design generation pipelines
  • validation and iteration loops
• Transform manual design tasks into automated or semi-automated workflows
• Work on real product interfaces (as a way to train and improve the system)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI into the development lifecycle

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong understanding of:
  • design systems
  • UX principles
  • interaction design
• Experience not only in creating designs, but in structuring design processes
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your workflow
• Ability to think in systems, not just screens
