Monitoring Specialist to $650

About the Role:

We are hiring a Monitoring Specialist responsible for real-time monitoring of payment systems and transaction flows.

The role focuses on incident detection, investigation, and resolution, as well as maintaining stable payment operations across multiple providers.

What You Will Do:
-Monitor payment systems and transaction flows in real time.
-Detect anomalies, investigate issues, and resolve incidents.
-Work with monitoring tools and dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Kibana).
-Support payment methods and ensure the correct processing of transactions.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external payment providers.
-Handle incidents according to SLA and escalation procedures.
-Analyze payment performance (approval rates, routing, failures).
-Perform operational and ad-hoc tasks.
 

What We Are Looking For:
-Experience in payments, fintech, or operations monitoring.
-Understanding of payment flows: pay-in / pay-out, routing, settlement.
-Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Kibana).
-Incident management experience (detection, triage, resolution).
-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Ability to work in a 24/7 or shift-based environment.
-English — professional level.

-Experience working with multiple payment providers.
-Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
-Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
