About Us

We are an established IT firm specializing in dental practices. We currently manage over 500 clients and are rapidly expanding. As part of this growth, we are launching a dedicated website department built around Webflow, powered by our custom internal management platform.

This platform automates onboarding, content management, and site provisioning — enabling fast, consistent deployment of high-quality websites. We are building a scalable library of Webflow templates designed specifically for automated, repeatable deployment.

The Role

You will own the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Webflow template library.

You’ll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure every template is fully optimized for automated provisioning through Webflow’s Management Control Panel (MCP) and Data APIs.

This is a hands-on, Designer-heavy role — you will spend the majority of your time working directly in the Webflow Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Template Design & Build:
- Design and build production-ready Webflow templates tailored for dental practice clients
- Create fully responsive layouts that perform flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Develop reusable component systems (Navbar, Footer, Header Banner, CTA sections, etc.) with configurable properties
- Implement CMS-driven content architecture — all client-specific text, images, and data must pull from CMS collections (no static hard-
coded elements)
- Set up CSS Variables for theming so brand colors, fonts, and other
global styles can be updated via API calls

MCP-First Architecture:

- Structure templates for reliable automated provisioning (predictable class names, consistent DOM structure, clean CMS bindings)
- Work with 8+ CMS collections per template, including: Services, Team, Blog, Testimonials, FAQs, Gallery, Office Hours, Site Config
- Configure component properties to enable per-instance customization without breaking automation
- Build dynamic CMS template pages (Service Detail, Blog Post, Team Member) with correct field bindings
- Create section toggle/show-hide systems using switches in the Site Config CMS collection

Quality & Polish:

- Implement smooth, tasteful animations (scroll reveal, hover effects, accordion interactions)
- Ensure consistent typography, spacing, alignment, and visual rhythm across all pages
- Optimize for page speed and Core Web Vitals compliance
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Configure Webflow SEO settings, Open Graph tags, meta descriptions, and auto-generated sitemaps

Template Maintenance:

- Continuously improve existing templates based on real client usage and feedback
- Clone and lightly customize templates during new client onboarding
- Troubleshoot layout shifts, CMS binding issues, responsive breakpoint problems
- Document template structure, conventions, and gotchas for the development team

Requirements

Must Have:

- 2+ years of deep, hands-on Webflow Designer experience (beyond
just building sites — strong proficiency in the Designer tool itself)
- Solid command of CSS Grid, Flexbox, and modern responsive design
techniques
- Proven experience building CMS-driven Webflow sites (Collection Lists, dynamic content, template/reference pages)
- Experience creating and managing Webflow components with properties
- Working knowledge of CSS Variables and design token systems
- Strong eye for clean, modern, professional web design (healthcare/dental experience is a plus)
- Extreme attention to detail — pixel-perfect spacing, consistent styling, proper interactive states

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to Webflow’s MCP (Management Control Panel) or API- based integrations
- Understanding of how external APIs consume Webflow CMS collections
- Experience designing templates built for duplication and cloning at scale
- Basic JavaScript knowledge for custom interactions (e.g., Intersection Observer, simple DOM manipulation)
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based architecture
- Experience using Figma (or similar) to create mockups before building in Webflow
- Comfort with AI-assisted content writing/editing

What You Won’t Need to Do:

- Backend development or complex API programming (our dev team owns this)
- Write advanced/custom JavaScript (we provide any necessary scripts)
- Handle direct client relationships or project management (account team manages this)

You’re not building one-off client websites. You’re creating scalable template systems that power dozens (and eventually hundreds) of automated deployments. Every naming convention, component decision, CMS structure choice, and binding pattern you establish directly multiplies across every new client we onboard. Your work has massive leverage.

Compensation & Engagement:

Competitive rate based on experience
Flexible: hourly, part-time, or full-time — depending on workload and mutual fit
