Business Analyst $$$$

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a dynamic fintech-oriented project. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, structured, and successfully delivered.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (business teams, product owners, end users)
• Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, functional specifications)
• Model and document business processes (AS IS / TO BE)
• Decompose business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team
• Collaborate with PM/PO in sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Support the development team throughout the implementation process
• Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in fintech, banking products, or marketplaces
• Hands-on experience with loyalty programs
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation (interviews, workshops, data analysis)
• Experience writing documentation: User Stories, Use Cases, functional specifications
• Practical experience with process modeling such as BPMN / UML
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure and present information clearly
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations

Nice to Have

• Experience working with mobile applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL (writing queries for data selection)
