The Opportunity
 

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support our financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting processes.
 

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment with IFRS standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
• Ensure tax compliance and support the preparation and submission of VAT and income tax reports
• Assist external accountants with tax filings and financial documentation
• Support audit processes, including preparation of documentation and responses to auditor requests
• Perform bank reconciliations (incoming and outgoing payments)
• Prepare VAT reports
• Maintain and organize financial and IFRS documentation
• Review company transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date counterparty database
• Collaborate with the AR manager, Affiliate, and Legal teams
• Contribute to preparation of reports: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, VAT and tax reports
   

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in accounting / finance roles, ideally in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance
• Experience working with VAT and income tax reporting
• Familiarity with accounting systems (XERO is a plus)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
