Middle Full-Stack Developer (Java / React / GIS) 3-6 month project $$$$

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team for the development of GIS-Point, a specialized platform for geospatial data visualization and management. The project involves working with point clouds, mapping services, and complex data structures.
 

Project Duration: 3–6 months (Contract)
Budget: Up to $3,500 Gross per month 
Location: Remote (Europe/Ukraine timezone preferred)

We are looking for a Middle Full Stack Developer to join our team for a 3–6 month project. The ideal candidate has strong backend skills in Java/Spring Boot and experience with geospatial data visualization.

Project Details:

• Duration: 3–6 months contract.
• Budget: Up to $3,500 Gross per month.
• Tech Environment: Java-based backend with JSP and modern JS frontend integration.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Backend: Strong skills with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend: Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with JSP (JavaServer Pages) is required.
• GIS Tools: Practical experience with at least one of the following: OpenLayers, Potree, or three.js.
• Database: Working knowledge of PostgresSQL with PostGIS extension.
• Identity Management: Experience with Keycloak, OIDC, or similar solutions.
• API: Experience with REST API design, development, and consumption.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Tools: Comfortable working with Git-based version control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Communication: Good communication skills in English.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Frontend: JavaScript / ES6+, JSP.
• Geospatial: OpenLayers, Potree, three.js, PostGIS.
• Security: Keycloak / OIDC.
• Infrastructure: Docker, Apache / Cargo.
• Version Control: Git.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack functionality using Java and JavaScript.
• Work on geospatial data visualization and mapping features.
• Implement and manage identity solutions using Keycloak/OIDC.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs and spatial database queries.
• Ensure smooth deployment using Docker and manage code via Git.
