Marketing Strategist (Growth Marketer) $$$

At Empeek, we are looking for a High-Level Individual Contributor — a strategic mind who thrives on digging into data, uncovering market truths, and building value propositions based on evidence, not intuition.

You are a researcher at heart. You don’t just “run ads”; you find the “why” behind every click. We don’t need a manager of processes; we need an intellectual engine for our growth.

Your Mission

You will dive deep into market reports, analyze competitors, and - most importantly - listen to our customers to understand their real needs. You will transform these insights into high-impact hypotheses and value propositions that resonate with the US B2B market.

What You Will Actually Do

  • Deep-Dive Research. Analyze the market landscape, competitor moves, and user behavior to find “secret gems” others miss in healthcare
  • The Hypothesis Cycle. Formulate — Validate — Analyze — Iterate. Your work is a continuous loop of testing and refining
  • Voice of Customer. Listen to sales calls and interview stakeholders to understand exactly how to phrase our message to change a lead’s mind
  • Strategic Execution. Define the Value Proposition and ensure it resonates across multiple channels (Inbound, Outbound, ABM)

We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in IT services or IT consulting.
  • Strong B2B IT Services expertise and proven experience working with the US market
  • Clear understanding of cold outreach specifics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to research the market and identify trends
  • Ability to build hypotheses and create materials to test them across multiple channels
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and effective communication with potential clients
  • Proven ability to build clear and compelling value propositions for B2B audiences
  • High level of independence and ownership without micromanagement
  • English — Advanced (speaking and writing) and fluency in Ukrainian

  • You can translate complex HealthTech/IT solutions into clear value for the client

  • Your main ambition is to build and manage a marketing team
  • Your focus is primarily on process optimization or department structures
