Our HR Managers are the guardians of the company's mission and goals, carrying out the full cycle of HR processes from a newcomer’s first day.

✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years in HR Management (in a People Partner role).
• High emotional intelligence, stress resistance, and the ability to maintain ethical boundaries.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently on HR company-wide projects.
• Ability to adapt communication styles for a diverse, multicultural team.
• Moderate proficiency in Google Workspace and an ability to use AI tools for information structuring and process improvement.
• Initiative and goal-oriented
• Upper-Intermediate English

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

• Support HR-related processes within the company, consult contractors and managers on people-management cases.
• Run regular 1-1 and Performance Review meetings with team members
• Process onboarding, adaptation and terminations of contractors
• Conduct workshops or sharing sessions for stakeholders to improve their people-management skills.
