β€’ 3+ years in HR Management (in a People Partner role).
β€’ High emotional intelligence, stress resistance, and the ability to maintain ethical boundaries.
β€’ Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently on HR company-wide projects.
β€’ Ability to adapt communication styles for a diverse, multicultural team.
β€’ Moderate proficiency in Google Workspace and an ability to use AI tools for information structuring and process improvement.
β€’ Initiative and goal-oriented
β€’ Upper-Intermediate English

 

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

β€’ Support HR-related processes within the company, consult contractors and managers on people-management cases.
β€’ Run regular 1-1 and Performance Review meetings with team members
β€’ Process onboarding, adaptation and terminations of contractors
β€’ Conduct workshops or sharing sessions for stakeholders to improve their people-management skills.
