Responsibilities

• Assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates for the Security dep
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for DevOps and Security positions
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English
