About the Role
We're seeking a Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business-facing product managers and engineering teams. This role will help translate business requirements into technical specifications that engineering teams can execute efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Work closely with Claude AI agents to accelerate development workflows
Create and manage Jira stories with sufficient technical context
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX)
Help implement AI-driven automation across the product development lifecycle

Required Skills
3+ years experience in technical product management or business analysis
Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude or similar LLM platforms
Strong understanding of software development processes
Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience with Jira and agile methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts

Preferred Skills
Healthcare industry experience
Experience building or working with AI agents and skills
Knowledge of modern software architecture (microservices, API-first design)
Background in technical writing or documentation
