This is not a typical support role.
You’ll work close to real crypto operations, helping users while also understanding how transactions, wallets, and internal flows actually work behind the scenes.
If you’re looking to break into deeper Web3 / operations / treasury functions, this role is a strong entry point.
🔹 What you’ll be doing
- Communicate with users via Intercom (chat-based support)
- Help users navigate Exchange, Wallet, and Payment features
- Handle account-related requests (verification, limits, general support)
- Work with transaction-related questions (status tracking, tx hash, clarifications)
- Get involved in crypto operations workflows (wallet activity, transaction monitoring, internal transfers)
- Maintain structured reports in Google Sheets
Collaborate with tech and compliance teams to resolve cases
🔹 What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in customer support (fintech / crypto is a strong plus)
- 1+ year of experience in crypto / Web3
- Understanding of how crypto transactions, wallets, and networks work
- Interest in learning operations / treasury processes in crypto
- English B2+
- Russian C1 or Ukrainian Native
- Comfortable working with data (Google Sheets)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
Ready to work in a shift schedule
🔹 Nice to have
- Experience with Intercom / Zendesk / Freshdesk
- Familiarity with blockchain explorers (Etherscan, etc.)
- Basic understanding of compliance (KYC/AML)
Experience in exchanges or payment products
