Customer Support / Operations Manager (Remote, Full-time)
We are a fast-growing online concierge service helping clients worldwide solve tasks quickly and efficiently. We’re looking for a proactive and driven Manager to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Communicating with clients and handling requests online
- Solving tasks оперативно, including non-standard cases
- Coordinating and managing client requests
- Working with CRM systems and tracking task progress
You’re a great fit if you:

- Have strong communication skills
- Stay calm under pressure
- Learn quickly and adapt easily
- Have basic Excel skills
Requirements:
- Ukrainian & Russian — fluent
- English — intermediate or higher
- French — a strong advantage
