Junior User Acquisition Specialist to $1200

We are currently seeking a data-focused, results-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing global team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google UAC for promoting Zutobi products.

 

About you:

  • 0.5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in Meta or TikTok
  • Basic understanding of advertising metrics such as ROI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM
  • Basic understanding of marketing events and attribution for mobile apps
  • Basic understanding in marketing analytics platforms, such as Amplitude, Appsflyer or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level.
  • Good understanding of how creatives work — hooks, messaging and formats

 

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Snapchat, Google UAC, or other networks
  • Experience with web2app/web2web funnels and subscription products
  • Experience with automation of UA processes

 

About your responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns primarily on Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta ads under the mentoring of our UA team
  • Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, and bidding
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to stay ahead of creative best practices on both platforms
  • Continuously test new campaign setups, objectives, and formats specific to each platform
  • Collaborating with our creative team to develop paid advertising strategies for user acquisition, product growth and increasing profitability.
  • Analyze creative performance and provide structured feedback to guide future production
  • Planning, overseeing, and optimizing the advertising budget to maximize the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
