Head of VIP $$

BigD is seeking a talented Head of VIP to join our dynamic team. BigD is an iGaming operator (top brand). But that’s not all — we also have a thriving Affiliate Program, a handy Payment solution, and an AI user acquisition solution. We are a big family of over 500+ creative minds.

Responsibilities:
 

• Managing the VIP host team
• Implementing processes and a communication plan for VIP clients
• Overseeing the quality of service provided to VIP clients
• Responsibility for key performance indicators relating to VIP client development and LTV growth
• Introducing new communication channels with VIP clients
• Organising gifts
   

Requirements:
 

• Experience in a similar role within the iGaming sector – a must
• Proven track record of successfully developing a VIP client base and increasing VIP client spend
• Experience working with Latin American markets would be an advantage
