Recruiter $

We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Specialist to join our team and support our hiring and people processes.
 

Requirements:

- Understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process

- Experience sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, etc.)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to offer stage)

- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews

- Maintain and update candidate pipelines

- Support onboarding processes

- Participate in improving recruitment and HR processes
 

Would be a plus:

- Experience in IT recruitment

- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
