We create a global IoT product with an open-source ecosystem that has already gathered over 20k stars on GitHub. Our platform allows companies to connect devices, collect and analyze data in real-time, manage equipment, and visualize information across various sectors - from smart cities to energy and agriculture. 
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is ready to turn the success of our technology into strategic partnerships by working with large companies around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Work with warm leads, helping clients understand the product's value and bringing deals to a successful close.
  • Build long-term relationships with current clients and system integrators.
  • Present our software, explaining complex technical solutions in simple language adapted to the client's needs.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and marketing teams to achieve common results.
  • Manage correspondence and meetings where it is critical to feel the "tone of voice" or show empathy.


Requirements

  • 1+ year in B2B sales (SaaS, Software, or IoT is a plus).
  • English level B2 and higher (ability to freely conduct negotiations and correspondence).
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Expected results for the first 6 months

  • Gain a strong understanding of the product, ideal customer profile, and key customer use cases.
  • Independently manage sales conversations from first contact through closing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Clearly and confidently present the product to decision-makers.
  • Work closely with product, support, and development teams to move deals forward efficiently.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales plan.
  • Shorten the sales cycle through better qualification and deal management.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners, leading to repeat business and expansions.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Provide clear market and customer feedback to improve sales processes and product direction.
